I love weddings, I just never thought I would be photographing them. That was the last thing on my mind when I was studying photography in college. I had dreams of working for a magazine and traveling over the world working on assignments. Well, dreams change and so did the world of photography. A wedding is the epitome of photo reportage. There is always a great story to tell, always interesting people to photograph, and lots of little details to record. So, I have grown to love photographing weddings. Yes, it is a LOT of work, both during and especially after, but I always come back with some images that end up in my favorites vault. That is why I have added weddings and other life events to the "types" of photography that I do.
Now, on to my whole reason for this post. Heather and Brad. Just family and close friends were invited to witness their wedding vows in Brad's parents' beautiful backyard. They also have 3 sons between them who did a marvelous job and gave me some great moments to capture. And kudos to Heather on the awesome vintage decorations.
